ZiXi and NETGEAR Partner at CES 2011

ZiXi's platform and NETGEAR Router on NeoTV deliver flawless online and HD streams to consumers’ living rooms

The NETGEAR WNDR3800 router and NeoTVs bring flawless end-to-end picture and sound to consumers’ homes. Any ZiXi technology enabled standard and high definition content from the Internet or from any media storage on the home network can be streamed without any stuttering, buffering, or pausing. One of the key features of ZiXi's platform is its ability to synchronize multiple real-time video and audio inputs during broadcasting. This enables ZiXi to integrate live video feeds to and from different geographic locations in the world and provide a real-time and HD-quality viewing experience. The content will stream from the new NETGEAR WNDR3800 router, which will demonstrate the advantages that ZiXi technology and NETGEAR equipment have over content delivery networks (CDNs). The exhibit also shows the practicality of moving from managed/broadcast TV networks to a reliable and robust over the top (OTT) Internet and TV streaming solution powered by ZiXi.
